This Privacy Policy describes how Adstia ("Adstia," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit adstia.com (the "Site"), submit a contact or careers form, or otherwise interact with us. It does not cover information we process on behalf of clients as part of an Engagement, which is governed by that client's own privacy policy and our contractual data-processing terms with them.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email, phone number, company, and message when you submit our contact form, request a proposal, subscribe to our newsletter, or apply for a role via our careers pages.
- Usage information — pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and general location (city/region level), collected automatically via analytics as you browse the Site.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files used to remember preferences, measure Site performance, and understand which pages and campaigns are working. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form and to follow up on proposal requests.
- To evaluate job applications submitted through our careers pages.
- To send occasional marketing emails (such as our newsletter), which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To understand how the Site is used, so we can improve its content, performance, and structure.
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business — for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers — under obligations to protect it, and where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Adstia or others.
4. Data retention
We keep contact-form and proposal-request information for as long as needed to respond and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. Job application information is kept for the duration of the hiring process and a limited period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy, or requests regarding your information, can be sent to contact@adstia.com.
